(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established the following Privacy Policy and Personal Information protection mechanism and promotes the protection of Personal information.

Definition of Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information related to a living individual that can be used to identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, address, email address, password (including any information that can be easily collated with other information and thereby used to identify that specific individual).

The Company will appropriately acquire, use, provide, hold, and delete clients’ Personal Information (persons who apply for the Company’s employment process via the Company’s web site shall be included in “clients” hereunder), and shall establish and comply with internal rules and regulations that stipulate such matters. Prohibition of Providing or disclosing Personal Information with Third Parties

The Company will properly manage Personal Information received from the clients and will not provide or disclose Personal Information to a third party, except cases set forth below:

・cases with the client’s consent
・cases where Personal Information is provided to contractors to whom the Company outsources work in order to provide the Service requested by the client
・cases based on laws and regulations
